
1. Don’t be too tired or busy to take your drugs especially at night!
2. Never lock up your self in the room at night especially when you no longer have a spouse. Always have someone around!
3. Chase wealth less, rather love to enjoy what you have stored over time. Also be more prayerful.
4. Make every effort to take early morning walks (not running) provided you are not physically handicapped!
5. Do not climb the staircase. If u must climb, hold firmly to the staircase railings!
6. Do not stand up at once from sleep. First sit at the edge of the bed for about one and a half minutes!
7. Always make yourself happy no matter the situation because life continues with or without you!
